Calling all family and friends to volunteer on either

Friday, June 13th, or Saturday, June 14th for the

"30th Annual" Kalamazoo Klassic.

The following information outlines the duties and time slots that we need volunteers.

Friday, June 13th

Afteroon and Evening

Noon Food Preparation 6 people – meet at MRC Industries

3:00 Banner Set up in field 4 people

3:30 – 8:00 Greeters 2 people

4:00 – 6:00 Registration 6 people

5:30 – 8:00 Registration 8 people

4:00 – 8:00 T-shirt hand out 4 people

5:30 – 8:00 Kids' Klassic 8 people

8:00 – 9:00 Tear down 4 people

Saturday, June 14th

Morning

6:00 – 9:00 Greeters 2 people

6:00 – 8:00 Registration 7 people

6:00 – 8:00 T-shirt handout 2 people

7:00 – 10:00 Food/Beverages 8 people

7:15 – 10:00 Announcer Assistants 2 people

8:00 – 10:30 Award Table 4 people

7:30 – 10:00 Chip Retrieval @

finish line 6 people

10:15 Field Clean Up 4 people

10:15 Tower Tear Down 4 people

If you are interested in volunteering for any of the tasks out lined above, please contact Wendy Ballast at wballast(at)jmwilson.com.

Please contact Cindi MacDonald at cindim@eckert-wordell.com if you would like to volunteer to call times at the mile markers for the 10k and 5k events on Saturday, June 14th. You would need to arrive at your designated spot by 7:15 am. I need 3 to 6 volunteers.
